Article 3: To choose a Cemetery Commissioner for a term of five (5) years and to choose any other necessary town official. (see separate page: 2010 Elected Officials)
Article 4: To hear the reports of the Selectmen, Town Manager, Treasurer, Cemetery Commissioners, Airport Commissioners, Recreation Commissioners, Heritage Commissioners, Conservation Commissioners, and any other Town officers and committees heretofore chosen and pass any vote relating thereto. Article 5: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Moderator to appoint an Advisory Budget Committee to review the Town Managers preliminary budget and to present to the Selectboard their recommendations as to any modifications thereto. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 6: To see if the Town will vote to raise an appropriate an operating budget of $3,113,395 as recommended by the Selectboard in its report. (Does not include special or individual Warrant Articles) ACCEPTED
Article 7: To see if the town will vote to raise an appropriate the sum of $20,000 to be added to the Vehicle Capital Reserve Fund previously established. The Selectboard supports this article. The Advisory Budget Committee supports this article. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 8: To see if the Town will vote to raise an appropriate the sum of $16,500 as in the Town's cost to continue the agreement with the Town of Newbury, Vermont to provide household recycling services to residents of the Town of Haverhill at their recycling facility in Newbury. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 9: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000 to be added to the Capital Reserve Fund for Parks and Recreation previously established. The Selectboard supports this article. The Advisory Budget Committee supports this article. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 10: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000 to be added to the Capital Reserve Fund for Municipal Building previously established. The Selectboard supports this article. The Advisory Budget Committee supports this article. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 11: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $130,000 to pave the Business Park Road; $104,000 of which to be funded by a grant and $26,000 to be funded by the town. The Selectboard supports this article. The Advisory Budget Committee supports this article. ACCEPTED
Article 12: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $5,894 for the support of the White Mountain Mental Health Association. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 13: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $480 for the support of the River's Reach Regional Resource Center. ACCEPTED UNANIMOUSLY
Article 14: To see if the Town will vote to approve the following resolution to be forwarded to our State Representative(s), our State Senator, the Speaker of the House, and the Senate President. Resolved: The citizens of New Hampshire should be allowed to vote on an amendment to the New Hampshire Constitution that defines "marriage". (By Petition) VERBAL VOTE UNCLEAR; STAND UP VOTE TAKEN : ACCEPTED 50-45.
